HOUSE RULES

NO SMOKING IN OR OUTDOORS ON THE HOUSE PREMISES.

No pets

Check-in is anytime after 2PM and check out by 11AM

Please remove all trash from the house and leave it in the garbage cans provided to you. Midweek cleaning and changing of sheets can be provided for an additional fee.

Please Note: This is a 3-story home, must be able to climb stairs.

Security Deposit: If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,500 in damage fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation and full refund for 48 hours after initial booking date so long as reservation is at least 14 days in advance of check-in date. After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee. Cancellations made after the 7 day mark are not eligible for refunds.
